Rates are determined by your delivery postcode. Metro and remote zones are applied automatically at checkout. All prices are in AUD.

Notes

  • Free shipping applies to Standard Delivery only for orders of A$75 or more.
  • Remote classification is based on postcode.
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

  • All orders dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–6 business days.
  • During peak periods there may be slight delays in dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order ships.
  • Please allow an additional 5 days for regional and remote delivery.

Carriers For interstate orders we ship via Starshipit using Australia Post and selected couriers. The service is chosen to provide the best available rate and delivery time.

Order Changes Please review your order carefully. Once an order is placed online we cannot amend product, customer, or delivery details. If you have a question about an order you have received, contact our Customer Care team.

Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery, or failure to deliver.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • If no one will be home, contact Customer Care and we can request signature on delivery or delivery to your local Post Office.
  • During peak periods there may be a delay of 2 to 5 additional business days.

International Shipping We use Australia Post for all international web orders. Delivery times depend on customs, shipping partners, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Tracking

  • All postage includes tracking when a valid email address is provided.
  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your parcel on the carrier website.
